Upgrades

HOW UPGRADES WORK:

  • You MUST be logged in to see upgrades that are available to you.
  • You need to already own the item at a lower level. 
  • Your new support period is calculated from your original purchase date. 
  • Please make sure you log in with the same email address you used for your original purchase. 
  • If upgrading would still leave you out of support, please repurchase the item instead (using your returning customer alumni discount code).
