Do you need a contract for copywriters?

Annabel Kaye

If you’re a copywriter and gift with words then you have a rare and valuable skill. We know how hard you work to make each and every word perfect.

After working closely with copywriters and their coaches for years, we have finally created a copywriter set of contracts that are right for you.

AI ready copywriter contracts

We know how much you care about every assignment, but in an AI-assisted world your contracts with your clients and with your team need to take account of those occasions when AI is used. So you can make sure everyone is clear about who owns the rights (and what type of rights) to what.

And of course they handle IP rights, confidentiality, non disclosure, non-competes, tax, and a great deal more.

It would’t be right for a copywriter if you couldn’t change the word!

This range comes at Premium level only, which means you can change each and every word if you want to. (as long as you keep our copyright assertion) .

But just to be sure that you do, they come with videos explaining what the words are designed to do, You can put track changes on and ask for private support for up to three changes as part of your purchase price AND you get 18 months group support in our Facebook group if you have any questions or your clients ask you questions you are not quite sure about.

Mixing copywriting with other services?

The copywriter contracts are also available as add ons. If you already own a KoffeeKlatch contract – for example for marketing or virtual assistant, you can simply purchase the Premium level add -on and extend your range.

Conversely if you start with the copywriter base contracts you can purchase add ons for social media, marketing, podcasts and a lot more.

Add ons are a lot cheaper than having a whole new contract range and help you mix and match the services you offer. And when it comes to add ons for the team hiring range you can simply extend your hiring contract with an add on when you take on someone with a new skill set.

Optional Power Hour

If you really want to work on your contracts you can book an option Power Hour to go through what you want to achieve and co-edit the documents live.
