We understand how frustrating it can be to have to purchase an upgraded document at full price which is why we have existing customer only upgrades available so that you only pay the difference between your original purchase at another level, and the level you now need.
Note: Your extended support period will run from your original purchase date to give you the same period of support as if you have purchased the higher level in the first place. If your original purchase is no longer in support, please check the date of your purchase, as upgrades can sometimes mean you are still not in support if you have left it too long. In that case pop over to the KoffeeKlatch alumni group and pick up a discount code to repurchase at the level you now need.

Upgrade Pricing
Upgrades cost the difference between the level you originally purchased and the level you want to upgrade to.
You can view the upgrade price by checking the details of the desired new level.
What Do You Receive?
You receive the same documents, but at the new level’s flexibility and support.
Your support period remains based on the original purchase date. If you’re near or past the end of your support period, it might be more cost-effective to purchase the new level outright using your returning customer Alumni code at checkout.
How to Upgrade
You can only upgrade if you currently own the item at a lower level or have it in your cart along with the upgrade.
Log in with the same email address you used for your original purchase before adding an upgrade to your cart—this verifies your eligibility.
If you have purchased multiple items at different times, ensure you’re using the email associated with the specific item you wish to upgrade.
