Add-ons

Add-ons are designed to extend the range of your existing base contract:
To cover new service provision and is only available to those who have previously purchased the relevant base contract or have one of these in the cart at the same time.

Add-ons are condensed versions of our contracts
They contain just Booking Form(s) and are specifically for tasks that need their own workflow. They are designed to work with your existing terms or hiring agreement and are not designed to work on their own.

Generally speaking Add-ons with the same colour flash work for the base contract with the same colour flash but they don’t all work with each other only where this is a natural extension.

IMPORTANT: 

  • You MUST be logged in to see add-ons that are available below.
  • You Must already own (and be in support for) a corresponding base contract, or have a base contract in your cart at the same time.
  • Add-ons don’t change your support period – it is tied to the base contract
  • There are no upgrades for add-ons.
  • Please make sure you log in with the same email address you used for your original purchase. 
  • If the base contract is no longer in support your add on will not be visible or downloadable.
  • If you’re out of support, please repurchase the base contract using your returning customer alumni discount code, and pop the new add-ons into the cart at the same time.
