These interventions are designed for key moments. They are two hour mini packages with a skilled expert with decades of experience in the area you are discussing. You get:
- Half an hour pre-reading of your documents, list of objectives, sticking points.
- One hour teleconference by phone or Skype for individual one to one consultations (you can have more than one person on your end of the call if you want)
- Half an hour post call follow up drafting documents for your use.
No big contracts, no big commitment – you can choose whether to come back for more, or go off and do the rest on your own. Whatever suits you best.
When you add up the cost of paying people who aren't doing things the way you want – or worse still are ruining your business - it is cheaper to solve the problem and get back to doing what your business is good at.
